The Daily Mail reports that the iPhone nano would be available in time for Christmas at up to £150 (~$296) for pay-as-you-go customers by O2.
The report also mentions that the iPhone nano would have a screen on the front and a clickwheel on the back and that the phone numbers would be inputted from the backside.
This guess stems possibly from the Back-Side Interface for Hand-Held Devices Patent Apple filed last year.
I would not hold my breath for an Apple iPhone nano release coming this year. Apple will be more likely update its iPod...

There’s a bit of bad blood brewing between developers of iPhone Apps these days. It seems several different companies have renamed their iPhone games to begin with either a space, a quotation mark, or some other symbol so that they appear first in the list of 197 games on the iPhone portal to the App Store.
One developer, who wished to remain anonymous writes “As a developer myself with my own game on this list, I am extremely disappointed that these companies have essentially tried to step all over everyone else in order to promote...

Apple announced its most up-to-date version of its popular iPhone. The new iPhone comes with GPS and faster internet access as well as as games, a better camera, video recording and extra third party applications.
Thinner edges, full plastic back, flush headphone jack, and the iPhone 2.0 firmware -- they're also making sure it's available all over internationally, works with enterprises, runs 3rd party apps... and does it all for cheaper.
Apple claims its 3G speeds trounce the competition, with pageloads 36% faster than the N95 and Treo...

Apple will announce their new model at the WWDC Keynote on June 9th. The second-generation iPhone will be available worldwide right after the launch, and not at year's end, as previously thought. The new model will also herald new sales policies in some countries.
According to another source involved in the launch, the 3G iPhone will no longer be available at a fixed price point—at least in some countries, and its launch will also bring new sales policies, although these have not been completely specified yet.

It is in the beta 5 .ipsw, but will normally not show up on an EDGE iPhone. Turning 3G on will just crash the phone if you use an EDGE phone. If you do not believe me, then decrypt the beta5 rootfs dmg, and see for yourself in /Applications/Preferences.app/Network.plist

Apple has announced that new movie releases from all the major and some premier independent studios will now be made available for purchase on the iTunes Store on the same day as their DVD release. Both new releases and catalog titles will be made available, from 20th Century Fox, The Walt Disney Studios, Warner Bros., Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios, Sony Pictures, Lionsgate, Image Entertainment and First Look Studios. New releases will continued to be priced at $14.99, while most catalog titles will still sell for $9.99.

Rumors of both iMac and Mac mini updates have been persistent for weeks. At a minimum, the iMac is expected to adopt the most recent Penryn processors. The new and improved iMacs are said to be at the same price point as the current models and will probably receive a speed bump as well as a hard-drive increase.

Florida based Psystar announced an Apple Mac Clone for $399.99, but their site is already down. For $399, you get a tower computer with the following specs:
- 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
- 2GB of DDR2 667 memory
- Integrated Intel GMA 950 Graphics
- 20x DVD+/-R Drive
- 4 USB Ports
- 250GB 7200RPM Drive
Many of the components can be upgraded, however. For example, the graphics card can be updated to a GeForce 8600GT 512MB for $155 more.
Psystar is marketing this as a cheaper and more expandable alternative to a true Apple Mac.

The filings clearly show considerable work on the part of Apple to create an alternative to products like the TiVo digital video recorder (DVR), complete with a searchable on-screen guide and configurable touch-based remote control device that would serve as a portable program guide.
The remote, similar in appearance to second-generation iPod nano, would include an LCD display, storage component, and touch-based navigation pad that would allow users to download several weeks of programming information from the Apple TV media device onto the...
